Anthony Grego - Managing Partner

As Managing Partner and a Founding Member of THINQ, Anthony leverages his 30+ years of experience, 20 years with NTT Data in various growth and leadership roles including Senior Vice President for the Northeast and State of Florida, as well as 13 years with the State of New York including his role as CIO for a New York State Agency.  Anthony's client insights, passion and focus are key assets in his work with the clients we serve.

As Partner, Founding Member of THINQ and CEO of Balsera Communications, Freddy assists corporations and organizations craft communications campaigns promoting their issues, projects, products, or services. From the moment he launched his firm in 1999, Freddy has been able to generate results for Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies, national political organizations, labor unions, and financial institutions as their communications strategist. David Duckenfield - Partner

David  is Partner, Founding Member  of THINQ as well as the President and Partner at Balsera Communications where he provides leadership and counsel across the agency’s diverse practice areas. He has over 20 years experience in public diplomacy, corporate and marketing communications, brand building, crisis communications and public policy. As president, David focuses on new business development, strategic management of client accounts and day-to-day management of the firm.  We are excited to have David as part of the THINQ team.
